Alternator problems

He all. I just replaced the alternator and the battery and tested everything. The battery is fine but the alternator is not sending any juice. I heard someone tell me to test the trigger wire but i have no idea how to do that. All the fuses seem fine so any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Measure voltage at the small wire.
If you not getting any power out, you're probably not getting any power in.

x2, if your getting voltage to the alternator take it out and test it at your local auto parts store.

I have had an alt. that tested good but had an internal short. If it aint working it aint working. I did spend hours diagnosing every other possible cause.
