Post Car audio battery?

Well, I have problems with my electrical system, (3 batteries, 5 alternators!) I got it running well now so I really don't want to screw with it (I had to many problems to list)

I was wondering should I just buy anouther battery for my current set up and charge it with an external charger? I really don't want to wire it up to my alternator! to many problems in the past, Currently its disconnected.

P.S. my local Napa refuses to warrenty any parts I buy now!

1. Get an optima battery
2. Get a big cap (no, I'm not starting the whole topic, if you want the pro/con's just do a search on past topics. search for the longest ones that debate over the use of a cap. Will it solve world hunger? NO, but it will (from experience - vs not from text book theory) help out on your charging system.

3. If this is not related to a big car audio system that draws a whole lot of power then you have a serious problem with in your electrical system you need someone to look at.

I'd go with an Optima also. I've got a Yellow Top in mine and I've ran it dead about 5 times now and hadn't had any problems with it. Lasts a long time with just the car sitting there booming even with the neons on.
