AC problem

AC problem
Got a 94 camaro V6. The controls that contorl the position of where the air comes out doesn't work. no matter where you put it it blows out the defrost and bottom. Any ideas?

Its a vacuum leak.
Just to the right of the PCM under the hood there is a vacuum hose that goes to a little round T one goes inthe firewall the other goes towards the motor. I had a problem with the T cracking and causing this same issue. It could just be the T or it could be the line got disconnected from the intake.
