When i turn my air vents on in my 97 SS the 2 far right settings blow A/C. But if i have it set on the middle it blow normal cold outside air.... this is best described in this picture..

does anyone else have this problem? i can feel the engine stumble when the 2 right settings are on so it's definatly blowing A/C.

Any suggestions????

 

The A/C turns on when use the defroster.... Its normal....

 

This is normal. When you have to use the defroster, you have too much moisture in the car. The A/C is needed to help remove this moisture; this is why the A/C compressor kicks on when you use the defroster.
