A4 to M6 swap-clutch will not fully disengage...please help!!!

I just finished swapping a t56 into my 1996 Camaro. I installed a chromoly flywheel, zoom hp700 clutch, tick performance master cylinder and a new stock skave cylinder( Oreily brand). After fighting to bleed the master cylinder the clutch pedal now seems to feel right but the clutch will still not fully disengage with the clutch pedal to the floor. I’m not sure if I missed something on the install or if the master/slave isn’t bled all the way yet. I installed the setup with the engine out. Bolted up the flywheel, installed clutch disc, pressure plate and throw out bearing. Everything looked correct. Then bolted the bell housing to the trans. Then lined everything up and bolted the bell housing/trans to the block and installed. Is there something I missed or any suggestions? I’m pulling my hair out and hoping it something stupid that i missed. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Have you used the full adjustment range of the Tick MC?
