95 LT1 M6 won't crank

So my car will not crank. I replaced the ignition switch and had the battery tested allready. I had a friend check to see if the switch wire at the starter was getting any power when I turn the key, and it is not. Now I don't know where to go from here. Anyhelp is appreciated. Thanks!

Here is a schematic that will help you track it down. I assume the security lamp is not on.

The security light is not on.
I'm not good at reading circuit diagrams, so I'm not too sure I'm reading it right.
The purple wire to the starter isn't getting power, and it looks like that comes from the theft deterrent relay? But if the security light isn't on the relay is fine right?

So I checked the theft deterrent relay, and it's good. I got a volt meter and the purple wire is grounded, this is wrong correct?

How did you determine the theft deterent relay is "good"? When you turn the key to "start" you should have 12V at the connection on the relay for the purple wire (pin A2). Do you have 12V? If not, it could be the wire from the ignition switch to the relay, the wire from the clutch start switch (or the switch itself), or the wire from the theft deterent module (or the TDM isn't seeing the correct key resistance - but that would show up as a flashing SECURITY light).

How did you determine the purple wire is grounded?
