94 power windows /viper alarm...conversion stuff

the car:
94z28, 4.8L/th400. Also 97+ dash and gauge cluster. car has keyless module from factory. did this conversion about 7 years back.

Problem:
out of nowhere, door locks are not working from viper remote or manual, no hatch stopped working.

What I've done:
Checked and continuity checked the fuses on this circuit and the viper alarm fuses. all good. tried new fuses to be safe, no change.
I've tried firebird/transam switches and camaro swithes, so I don't think it's the switches.
pushing the hatch release button, i just get a relay click but no action.
I have continuity from the light blue and dark blue to each side
I have 12v on the red and orange on the drivers side.
Grounds continuity good on the passenger switches.
Pushing unlock on the drivers switch, I get 12V at the red wire. release and it goes back to zero voltage.

I haven't tried bypassing the keyless module yet. Before I do that a question, I did cut the lines to the old DLC as I use the OBD2 now. wondering if G in the picture below on the old DLC needs something. I don't have the full schematic so I can't see where this one goes to all the way. picture credit http://shbox.com/1/DLC_wiring.jpg

You can probably find the rest of the Pin G to keyless entry system circuit in the 1994 factory service manual. Free download, courtesy of GaryDoug:

Thanks for that bud! forgot about that, I have the manuals for my 96 that are hard copy and I know a lot changed. This is a good resource!

What I can confirm is that DLC now is really just for programming the keyless for transmitters. It gets grounded through a jumper to program a new remote, so it's ok that I cut that one. Also, looking at the manual, the fact that I have good grounds on the wiring tell me not a ground issue. All roads point to either this alarm internally that was on the car or the RAP which sucks more, I don't think those are service items anymore.

The locks and the hatch are back up and running with the switches. My TRW keyless module is bad (actually 2 of them). Neither one will pass all the continuity tests so I'm going to bypass it completely and add a 451M relay module in the mix to replace it. I don't have the original keyless entry fob anyway and these viper ones (3105v) are really nice. more to come.
