need to know where the fuse is located for the fuel pump on a 1995 z28

 

Shoebox has all the info about 95's you could possibly need, on his website. Look at the top of this PCM wiring diagram, showing the fuel pump circuit. It shows the fuse is #5 in the panel at the end of the instrument panel:
