Taping bottom of fuel tank

Alright I am wanting to tap the bottom of my fuel tank for a -AN line. The car is a 1995 z28. Can anybody please explain the process to me, and what materials/fittings I need? I'm pretty sure it is a metal tank, but I don't know if I have to weld a fitting (seems rather dangerous) in or if there is another way. Thanks

You have to braze a -10AN fitting on the bottom/rear of the tank. Then you will need an internal baffle and a screen. If you don't understand how to clean and weld a fuel tank without blowing it up, have it done by a professional.
