Fuel Issue

I replaced and put in the racetronix fuel pump set up. I notice now Whenever I get on it fuel looks to have dumped out the filler neck on to the paint, why is this? I'm 99.9 % positive every fuel line was hooked back up where it was. Whats causing this? Any ideas? Has this happend to anyone else??

Sounds like the tank vent through the pressure control valve and the charcoal canister is not working.

From Shoebox:

You'd probably have to power it up somehow and see if the valve works to see if it is really functioning. On the other hand, you might be able to leave it disconnected from the line and see if that helps your problem at all. Maybe you got a pinched line back there when you put the tank back up.

So I got the Z out today and can tell fuel is dumping out the filler neck. Last year we put in the racetronix fuel pump. How do you tell which EVAP part is bad? Or did a line get hooked up wrong? I looked at shbox site it looks all hooked up right. All though I dont see in that diagram the Vent line with the white check valve thats bolted to the body of the car near the axle is maybe that bad? I blew out the evap line to the intake it was clean. I blew out the solenoid valve it was clean. How do I test it? I flipped the EVAP canister over nothing came out. Or is the pressure control valve is bad back inside the filler door? How to you test the parts? So its gota be one of the 3 so which is it?
