Running rough

My 1997 Formula is loosing power at idle and random times while driving. I will be acceleration lightly and start having random misfires, I know its more than one cylinder because I have no acceleration and tested the temperatures at the headers,

It seems that the whole passenger side is not firing

Like I said it is very random some times it will do it right out of the driveway other time I can drive for a half hour with no problem

I think it is fuel because if you hold open the throttle it will fade and then surge again.

I have a fuel pressure gage that goes inline with the line but cant get the stupid GM quick connect off. How will I know if it is the FPR or the fuel pump depending on the pressure?

Please Help me

V3

The fuel pressure was a constant 40psi and I confirmed that the whole driver side and the first cylinder on the passenger side is not firing. making my LT1 a V3, which sucks

The fuel rail supplies all the cylinders, doesn't sound likely it's a fuel problem if the other three cylinders are fine. Check that you're getting proper firing signal to all the injectors.
