Off idle dead spot

Off idle dead spot

I have a 1997 trans am with modified lt1. Everything is great but it has dead spot off idle like a carbureted car. I have done all i know and it wont change. Please help. I have done this 35yrs but this is my first fuel injected motor

Check the rubber elbow between the MAF sensor and throttle body for crack/leaks. Make sure the bottom of the elbow is completely over the flange of the throttle body, and clamped tightly.

What do you mean by a dead spot? Do you mean the idle wanders about? I have similar problems with my LS1 and it's because of a flaky IAC valve, but I am living with it for a while. No code yet.
