No Pressure

This is my first day on this sight and I have got to giv it to you guys, you all really have it together and do a great job of helping. Anyway I purchased a 95 Z28 from a girl that said it was knocking and when i tried to start it beause she was not sure I got nothing checked for fire good,no gas so I started it with either and had no knocks, and still no fuel I then tried to jump the fuel pump prime and nothing happened I did not see a relay labeled for fuel so I could not change that I am a pretty good mechanic however this is my first dealings with an LT1 and i am need of help what else can i do before changing the pump, and does anyone have a diagram of where to cut the hole in my floor for the change.

Did you verify power at the harness connector going to the pump? Here is a link to the trap door method, there are a few other tutorials out there as well that you could dig up with a "search." http://www.gonicd.com/intankinstall/...mpinstall.html

The fuel pump relay is under the driver's left foot "dead pedal":
