Need to rewire fuel pump relay

I have a 1st gen SBC in my 94, its carbed so I dont have a PCM. I am using the stock in tank pump and regulating it down to 6psi. I need to rewire the fuel pump so it ignores the theft-deterrent and be hot in run and start. Where is the relay located and what wire is the hot wire to the pump. What do you recommend I splice into thats hot during run and start (I'll be using the same source for the + to the disty)?

Always good to check Shoebox's Tech Site for questions like this:

Also, please limit post in LT1/LT4 Engine Tech to engine related questions. Moving.....
