Miss Fire On my Truck Need Help.. thanks

I come here for all my camaro help now I need some help on my 2000 silverado 5.3L thing is acting hella weird... here is what it is doing...

Miss Firing.. but here is the catch it dont do it all the time, miss fires at cold start, has done it at operating temp as well, but It has went weeks with out doing it then weeks doing it I am been dealing with this since around x mas time... I do get a check engine light that comes and goes.. have had it scanned and have had 3 different miss fire codes... including multi miss fire code, and number 2 and number 7 miss fire as well at two different times... number two has came up several times...

Here is what I have done... new plugs ( OEM replacement at $7 each plug) MSD plug wires... coil number 2 replaced ( was first code I got and changed it) after none of that fixing it I have replaced fuel filter and ran a fuel system cleaner including a water remover ( hear 5.3 are known for getting moisture in fuel system) after none of this not working I am stuck... Just put like a 1/4 tank of race fuel in it see if that would help clean it out...

any ideas what it could be??

I was told by a buddy that works at chevy garage that all injectors are firing... he seems to think now that I have a valve or valves that are sticking...

Checked the regulator pressure it is good, as well as checked the vacuum lines for gas all clear.. seems as the regulator is working correctly.... damn i hate to tear it down seems like I might have a bad valve spring or stock valve or something... I swear when I get alittle money saved for my camaro project something always comes up!!!!
