Question Inline Fuel Pump Question

On my 95' Trans Am I have a 255lph intank pump and on the 200 nitrous pills it drops from 43-45psi fuel pressure to 32psi. Would adding a 255lph inline pump keep the fuel pressure at the rail at 42-45psi on nitrous? Or whats my options?

I would guess yes, but a much better option would be to hose clamp a secondary pump in the tank and trigger it's relay along with your nitrous solenoid.

Use a boost=a=pump. Or at least make sure the 255 is getting adequate voltage.

I have a racetronix hotwire kit on it now. The car is making 600 rwhp on 150 jets and fuel pressure is ok, but I wanna go 200 jets and it drops, and would like the option of 250 jets eventually.

Use a boost-a-pump.

Boost a pumps are great, until you realize they cost 2.5x more than a walbro pump.

So I have a 255lph pump now and racetronix hotwire kit and now I add a kenne bell or procharger boost a pump, will the pump support alot more, or how much more we talking? I see the boost a pumps for $150-200.

Iirc, Kenne Bell says 1 volt above 13.5 = about 10% more fuel and the boostapumps go up to 17v, so capable of maybe a third more power..?

I was looking and kenne bell's claim 20volts and prochargers say like 22volts. In my case, on 150 jets im ok, 200 fuel pressure drops from 43-45psi to 32-33 psi. So will adding this boost a pump give me the fuel to support 200-250? Looking at 100hp extra what the 255lph pump can support alone..
