So I brought a z28 95 for 1000. The dude gave me a tranny with it. It also is sticking going from Second to third gear. But the major is the top of the engine when running it was spitting gas from up top. I’ve included a pic and video or try to put a video. Please help me guys I’m at a loss here

The gas will be coming from here. Is there a way to fix this or is something more trouble afoot?

 

Is the fuel coming out the ends of the diagonal cross-over pipe on front of the fuel rails (part 3 in diagram)? Don't see a video.

If it’s the cross-over pipe, there are small screwed on brackets (parts 4 and 5 in diagram) holding the pipe to the rails, and O-rings (part 2) on pipe. Looks like the bracket on the driver side of the rail is bent up.

ha it’s coming out that cross over bar. It seems people are saying it’s the o rings. Would it be prudent to replace the fuel regulator while I’m at it?

Are you having problems with the fuel pressure? Would be due to the leak. Always best to test before replacing. I can give you the specifics for pressure testing. But that can only be done after the leak is fixed.

 

I ended up replacing that o ring, the fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter. Does not do that any longer.

but now I found another problem that I’m going to post as well. 😩. This is becoming quite the project. Though I oddly like it. I seem to have found a wire not plugged in on the driver side where the adapter just fell off lol
