When my car is running i hear a whine in the back of the car sounds like its comin from the fuel tank... is this normal? or is the pump getting ready to go? almost sounds like one of my tires has a air leak? thanks

 

Some whine is normal. An increase in noise could mean there is excess pressure in the tank or the pump is not feeling well.

 

ok cool thanks.. its probably normal then i just dont hear anything like it in my other cars.. its been doin it for a couple years so
