fuel pump

i have a 1995 firebird that has always ran good . Then last night i go out to start it and all it does is turn over , but wont start . i go look at it today and find out its not getting fuel . i turn the key and the fuel pump does not even come on to prime . i then go hook 12volts to the prime wire next to the pcm and the fuel pump still does nothing . do you guys think its the fuel pump ,the relay , or something else .

The prime wire next to the PCM is supposed to bypass the relay and fuse. I would begin to think you either have a wiring issue, a electrical connection issue, or just a dead pump. I would pull the connector to the fuel pump and confirm voltage at the connector with a multi-meter.
