The stock fuel supply line in a 94 (assuming that's what you have, from your screen name -why not add a "signature"?) is 3/8", which is the same diamter as a -6AN line. The stock return line is 5/16".

Are you asking about 800HP at the flywheel, or at the rear wheels? How are you making that HP level - different power adders have different brake specific fuel consumptions, which will affect the amount of fuel required to reach 800HP. Again, we can assume its blown, because of the "sc" in the screen name, but why not eliminate the uncertainty?

I run 800HP at the flywheel (500HP NA + 300-shot of N2O) with a -6AN supply line and a -6AN return line. But my rails have been modified to run in parallel, rather than in series. That reduces the pressure differences between the individual injectors.
