Well most common causes of running rich are.

exhaust leaks before the 02 sensors
bad 02 sensors
misfire
bad EGR
bad TPS

Also since your running a powerdyne has the car been tune?

I got a code for a bad tps so it might be the problem. I replaced it right before the test and unplugged the battery so what do i have to do to reset it?

You might have to drive around a few so the pcm can adjust with the new TBS. Also what's your engine temp running at? I've notice when I run my fans at 160 the car runs rich. When I switch it back to stock setting it doesn't run that rich.

What were the exact test results for CO, HC and NOx, and what are the pass/fail limits?
