Electrical problem need help
Hi everyone, my car not start, the fuel pump is not running. I know the pump is working fine and pump is control by relay, first I think the relay was bad but after replace new relay it the same, car cranks but not start, any once have this problem or have experience about that.
Any help is greatly appreciated
Thank you!

Appears from your response to another post that you have bypassed the relay by wiring it directly from the fuel pump prime connector (gray wire). Apparently the engine runs fine with that band-aid. You have to find out why the relay is not working. Have you checked all the wiring (pin A7 green/white wire to terminal 85 on the relay) between the PCM and the relay, and from the relay to the fuel pump (gray wire off terminal 87 of the relay)? Have you verified that fuse #5 in the instrument panel fuse block is OK? Have you checked the wiring (pink wire to pin 30 on the relay) from fuse #5 to the relay? Have you checked the ground wire (black to pin 86) for the relay?
I did trace the wires to see where it connect too:
1. Black/wht wire is a chassis ground and plus into terminal 85 of relay.
2. DK Green/wht wire is came from the PCM and plus into terminal 86 of relay.
3. Grey wire is go to connector mount to under chassis where is the pump unit in the tank connect too and plus into terminal 87 of relay.
4. Pink or Red wire I think is ignition switch because when I turn ignition switch to on it read 12V,ignition off it 0V and plus into terminal 30 of relay.
The black/wht and the dark green/wht wires are connect to the coil of relay which it terminal 85 & 86.
For my understanding the way it should be is when the ignition switch turn to on position the coil inside relay is energy (I hear the click), and make the (pink or red wire terminal 30) and (Grey wire terminal 87) close and connect together.
But my when the ignition switch is on the relay is energy but the terminal 30 & 87 till open, I don’t know beside that relay does the car have another difference relay somewhere or any sensor control the pump.
What do you think or any one have experience with that, please help
Thank you

The entire 1995 fuel pump wiring system is shown near the top of the diagram linked below. There is only one relay. The relay will not energize without the control signal from pin A7 of the PCM. The black/white ground and green/white PCM signal are reversed if they are hooked to pins 85 and 86 as you indicate.
