Electrical / no start

Hello all, I have a project Z28 I'm just now getting started on. Had it for a short time and intermittently it would not start. No dash lights not security light. Nothing on the run side of the ignition. Today finally got warm enough here in ND to work without gloves on so gave it the once over. I have not power to the under hood fuse block in the run position. I can jump power to the block on the injector side and it lights right up. So I am missing +12 in the run position.
There is a fusible link in the wiring I looked for it better half of a hour and cannot find it? I really want to find a bad ground or something before I take the ignition switch and all that includes apart. Just need a little feedback on it. Any one else had this happen? Pretty sure its not the TDS since I can jump the power and its does not read it as a theft attempt.
Its electrical so anything goes this I know!
Give me you thoughts thanks...

You need to provide the year of the car, and the engine. Why not add a "signature" with the basic info - year, model, engine, trans and any major mods. That way people can help you easier.

95 Z28 3 door LS1 automatic. I bought it was just going to get into it. Then had to take a little time off for a double bypass. Now jumping around on one good leg trying to figure this out. I am almost convinced its a ground someplace? But then in the schematics I seen a fusible link in the main power lead? Next I thought, might be that? However I could not find that link?

Re: Electrical / no start

Ok just found the link I was looking for thank You shbox.com. Wow what a sight that is lots of information and pictures too.... The link I was looking for was right there on the fender well the hole time. Ok thats not it, checked that.. Now off to check grounds. Any other suggestions would help. I'll get to point B sooner or later, would prefer sooner.

You have an LS1 engine in your 95? How hard was it to replace the stock LT1? Are you running an LS1 computer?
