A few on here have, do a search. I hope to have enough left in the budget to give it a try, should be a lot easier to tune as well as being "safer" to run at the limit on a FI application.

Yep, and I love it. Best money Ive spent on the car so far. I got one of the first kits, before they went to cnc on all their parts, but the quality is top notch.

>so what exactly do I need?
there seems like quite a bit of items... also using a Meziere electric water pump, so their timing cover is not required?

They can set you up with a package, you will be responsible for tuning. You can use your stock timing cover, unless you have a double roller chain. Im using my stock cover with a single roller chain.

I just noticed you have a 94 you will need a 96-97 front timing cover.
