Do i have a bad fuel pump or what?

my car has been acting funny since my last track outing.

The car is a L98 Irocz and here is my problem.

Once in WOT at about 4000rpms in third gear, the car hits a rev limiter or so it seems...sometimes its at 4400rpms or so but basically the car just stops revving and pulling. Funny thing is, it doesnt do it all the time.

I've datalogged and for the most part, i have seen nothing wrong but i'll have to go at it again just to be sure.

I'm thinking it could be a bad fuel pump as it is stock from what i know and has 158K miles on it. I recently added a Holley stealth ram and set pressure to 46psi. So i think the added strain over the last few months has killed the pumps ability to deliver fuel at over 4000rpms under load

What do you guys think? bad fuel pump? Idle fuel pressure is fine and holds after car is shut off. so seems like the pump works well untill the car requires more fuel up top. it doesnt do it in first or second gear

also notice my o2 milivolts are off so i think i have a bad o2 sensor. Volts dont cross count/switch like they should and holds at certain points sometimes. Also sometimes goes very low like 80mv and sometimes very high like over 800mv.

wondering if this could be the cause of anything i've noticed up top? i wouldnt think so as i should have the problem in all gears i thought, and not just third
