Component Indentification

Hey all,

This is under the fuel tank. What's the name of this component and its function? I found it once but can't remember now 😐

I searched yesterday and couldn't find this. Thanks Injuneer.
Ima go look up what this does, and how to check if it's working. Pretty sure mine is toast, original, and pretty brittle

Simple valve that opens at 1 psi either direction it seems.

The valve relieves tank pressure when it reaches 1 PSI. It relieves tank vacuum when the tank vacuum reaches 1 to 2" Hg. (0.5 to 1.0 PSI), per factory service manual.
