When I turn the key to my car I can hear the pump come on for a second and then stop and make some clicking sounds and then completely stop. I am not talking about when you turn the car to run and the pump whines for about 2 seconds and turns off. I know thats normal. I took the pump out of the tank and hooked it up manually and the pump comes on but when I submerge it in the tank it acts up and starts spitting fuel outa somewhere on the pump but not out of the feed line. Just want to confirm that the pump is gone.
