Lightbulb Access Hole

I need help finding instructions on how to cut an access hole in my 1995 Z28 Camaro, to change the fuel pump. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm not sure why we waste our time setting up the "stickies"... no one bothers to look at them

Yeah, it seems to be the first place people don't look.

Question any idea

I looked at the sticky but by time it was posted I had already put the fuel pump in. Now the issue I'm having is the car won't crank. It turns over but can't get it to start. Anybody have any ideas as to what is causing it to not start?
