Have you scanned it for codes? Have you checked the fuel pressure?

Just put in a new fuel pump and I checked the power going to the coil and opti I have power to the coil and I have power to one wire on the opti now I don't know what wires should have power or anything like that but I did check to see if any f them had power and that had 12.34v on them and it's grounded good

Re: 95 camaro lt1 will not fire

There are codes for faults in the ICM and Opti. The ones for the Opti don't turn on the SES light. There is a procedure for checking the signal from the PCM to the ICM. See the "sticky" on top of the "LT1 Based Engine Tech" forum, or shbox.com. That's important because that signal originates from the Opti.
