That is the only way we will do them. The plan is to start off with a small run of kits(no more then 2 or 3) and see how they go.

I think that's the baddest looking set up actually using an LT type manifold I've ever seen.

What the cost going to be like? I noticed an XS power box sitting on the floor. Is that the supplier? I've seen the piping for this kit and it seems small compared to other out there. My friend has a twin turbo kit from them real cheap compared others out there.

You guys are way out of my league.

I think I got some answers I needed....sounds like "budget" is a big deal and I can see how one thing will lead to another and cost just goes up. Somehow I don't think it's just turbo + racetronix + new injectors. I can see the money pit this will be.

Also, seems like I'll have to at least rebuild my bottom end even for 7psi boost. I think my best path is to rebuild to 383 or 396 when needed. Or even selling and getting a 2009...who knows.

No turbos for me...but thanks for your inputs.

BTW, those last pics of intercoolers will give me nightmares for weeks.

What size turbo's you running?
Engine ci?
Boost levels?
Intercooling? What size intercooler?

I'm starting to plan my system out, and yours is another one I'm going to use to base mine off of.

I've been collecting information for a while now; and am starting to finalize plans..

The only odd thing that's coming up for me is the size of the turbo's form my calculations.. they're coming up as large-frame ones... Namely the GT4202R's has an almost perfect Compressor Map for what I'm looking at... but I'm unsure if they'll fit...

Budget is in fact your lagest conesern trust me the amout of hidden costs is huge! but if youve got time paitents and money and love your car then it is worth it honestly if your considering selling it for a 5thgen then why put all of your money into somthing if its not completly what you want?

Is that the only few people who make turbo kits for LT1's? I went to APS's site and they had the nicest ones I have seen yet, but its only for LS1 cars. Also they have only dual turbo and I would rather have a single. There has got to be more turbo kits out there...

nope, STS, OFI, and PTS are the only ones i know of. Thats why so many of us build custom systems.

But look around, you may be able to find an old used Incon twin kit

If you just want a quick bolt on single kit, i dont see how you can go wrong with the STS. Its a weekend install, and very little under hood modifications.
