I used .025 with no problems when welding to the flanges.

Hahaha.. I'm working out of town 5 days a week and traveling on two. No time, dammit.
I have a few things I want to address before I race it anyway. I bought a full set of the CC Ultra ProMag 7/16" 1.6 rockers and a couple of boxes of LS7 lifters. I think I've had a problem with collapsed lifter(s) ever since 2008. No matter how many times and how thoroughly I adjust the rockers, they always sound noisy and the car seems like it's running on less than 8 cylinders. I'm also ordering some .150 offset rockers (again) but just the offsets rockers (4 left , 4 right) in attempt to quiet down the valve train. Right now, it sounds like I have a solid lifter cam with generous lash lol... I'd also taken the 14 psi springs out and put in a 7psi. I *think* that may have been a bad idea. I used the boost controller to keep the PSI to just under 13 psi but I'm hearing a lot of whistling that I believe is the boost controller solenoid trying to work it's *** off to boost that 7psi spring to 13psi. Not sure.

BTW - Last weekend, I stopped at a dead stop and, with the TH350 in low, stomped it from a dead idle. Hahaha.. it sure doesn't have much torque. Doesn't even spin the tires at all. Of course after it's in boost it's fun but that 'technique' that got me 11.1 @ 121 mph on a 100 shot of nitrous when the car was normally Naturally Aspirated, is worth nothing now. I'm going to footbrake it next time and see what happens.
