Troubles on the dyno- come in and help a brother out!
Valve lash is 1/2 turn past zero lash. that's what i am thinking also, i had the springs checked and they are still good (specs close to when they were new) but possibly need shimmed for more seat pressure.
When you have trouble like this on the dyno, ask them for a graph with no smoothing. It is helpful to see what it is doing, but sae 5 will even out some of it.
Pretty much already been said but, either valve float, or ignition. When I had plug gaps too bit or not enough spark it would flat out misfire and buck/spit. You could see spikes up and down in the graph. Yours looks like it just hits a wall. What springs are on there? Remember you need more spring than normal because of boost.
