With heads/cam, and timing up, I could see 130mph on 8lbs without any issue.
When you get the money, what kind of heads are you going to go with? I have my LE2 just about sold and thinking of getting trickflows unported for the time being with a small cam from bret. I'll also be running realquick's parts.

I plan on building a fuel system for now and seeing if I can squeze a high 9 pass on the stock heads. I probably will end up doing ported afr's or trick flows by Lloyd.

What do you define as a small cam? I contacted Bret for a custom turbo cam for my setup and gave him all my data. He acted kind of smug in his reply and said "I don't do cam quotes for free". I immediately replied that I understood that and would pay him for the quote. He said he'd do it later. I haven't heard one peep from him since. I had already contacted Cam Motions for a turbo cam quote and paid them the $25 fee and I promptly got the cam specs. I had heard great things about Brets cams and I wanted to see how they differed since EngineerMike indicated he was not that impressed with CamMotions turbo recommendations. Maybe Bret's just real busy...

Thats Bret for ya. My buddy went thru the same thing with Bret. Said he would pay him for his time in getting the specs, but Bret never got back to him.

If you are choosing just an off the shelf cam since Bret wont get back to ya, I would get the cam motion. I am sure its no worse then you just getting an off the shelf one. Engineermike will be the first to tell you that in turbo setups, cam specs tend to play a minor roll in making power (unlike with N/A or S/C). The cam is more for operating range and driveability.

Something like a 220/220, well he's worked with me A LOT through my setups and I've already had long convos with him about it. He's also going to help me with the turbo selection then base the cam off that.

Bret did spec a custom blower cam for me 2 yrs ago and was helpful... he prefers you to get the whole package (valvetrain and cam thru him). I guess he isnt into to specc'ing for money.

He would rather you be ready to buy and buy then, then spend his time spec'ing out a cam for anyone, which I completely understand.

It'd be like someone paying me to do a motorswap for them, knowing they aren't going to ever have the car run...it just wouldn't be worth it.

How much RWHP do you think its making? I am considering doing a setup just like this now except with b body heads (iron) and a b body cam (dont know what that will do for me, but its all I have besides a hotcam).

Realisticly.... I would bet ~420rwhp. I believe Justin was running 117mph N/A with ~ 370-380rwhp. I'll let him chime in.
