Not to knock your choice in color or anything, I know it will match your car. But why does everyone else always paint the LT1 intake red? I know the LT4 intake comes from the factory like that, but geez, there are other colors...

Back on topic... Your parts look awesome. Keep us updated.

I agree with you everyone does, prob bc it looks the best. I did it because it matches the car tho lol. If my car were any other colour it wouldnt be painted red.

just curious.. what was wrong with that iroc body, it looks pretty clean to me? was it really worth getting a whole new car?

It needs fenders, door pins, door handles, paint and possibly a floor the jack pushed thru the pink weld one time.

I got the new roller for 1600 CDN and already sold them rims and I have a bunch of mt stock parts to sell.

IN the end it was just cheaper.

Looks like a great build up you've got going there Jay. Looking forward to seeing the results as it sounds like we're shooting for comparable power levels.

Well i got motivated to do some work! the engine is going in this week so i can clear some space in the garage.

I decided to paint the engine bay, put in the intercooler and put the bumper back on.

I used rocker guard on the trans tunnel and from the rails down on the engine bay. Then the rest with VTH high-heat paint lmao. Turned out good for a spray bomb.
