LT1 Methanol Injection

Has anyone ever thought about using a nitrous plate mounted behind the throttle body to inject methanol into a supercharged or turbocharged motor? I'm just wondering if two fuel jets would work as well as the standard jets that come with the SMC kit. Thoughts or suggestions?

The water needs to be very finely atomized. I can't say if a nitorus plate would do that or not.

I agree with Rich, I don't think a plate would work to well, but it would be worth trying.

The Buick Turbo guys often use standard Nitrous jets and sprayers. Fine atomization might be a plus, but I don't think its a requirement.

If it's just squirted in near the front of the manifold, I would think that the distribution would be pretty lousy compared with a finely misted spray that is easily carried by air. Just my 2 cents.
