There is no "one size fits all" here. The only general guideline I can give is to adjust the boost range to correspond to your setup. IOW: the SF has ten set points and you want to more or less set these to evenly divide the boost range. OTOH, you could also rely on the MAF (if so equipped) to handle fuel until it maxes out and then more finely subdivide the remining high end of the boost range. Come to think of it, that's how I may try to set mine up this year!

To actually set the enrichment, you really need to tune with a wideband. There is no other relaible, safe method other than to make it pig rich everywhaere, which has a number of downsides.

Tell us a bit more about your set up.

You can find instructions for the superfueler here, that is if you don't already have them.

I just installed my used Superfueler (from Jcob95Z). I'm looking for ballpark settings.

Rich, what are your 10 pot's set at?

BTW, I'm running a T-trim with 6.66/2.75 pullies, LT-4 intake, AFR 210 Race Ready heads (290 I / 228 E cfm), 8.8/1 compression, 355 cid, Crane 210/224 cam, no intercooler, AS&M shorty headers, 42# main injectors, 55# in superfueler.

Thanks,
Mike

Mike: I wish I could help, but I last set it up in May, and I don't remember. If it weren't in a snow bank, I could look! But each setup will differ a lot, depending on injector size if nothing else. For example, I have 50lb "main" injectors and 3 92lb'ers in the SF (Fuel, don't leave home without it!). If you have a different combo oif injectors, even with a similar engine/blower, it will be way different.
