this might sound dumb but i know you put a BOV on a turbo setup but what about a super charger?

 

You can if you want. Most of the kits come with a bypass valve that is basically the same thing, other than opening with vacuum to. A bov on a turbo is more important though since it helps keep the turbine speed up during shifts.
