If you are still running a MAF, check from there to the throttle body for air leaks. One of the connections may have came loose during boost.

When it's running, what are you seeing on your Vac/Boost Gauge as far as vacuum at idle? What are your BLM's looking like at idle? Have you pulled the plugs to see if any are showing lean/Rich? I'm going thru something similar with my fresh motor but I don't have it in front of me. Damned car transporter keeps saying tomorrow, tomorrow, but each day it's the same response to my question "Will it be here today?". Let me/us know what you find. I'd check every vacuum source, PCV, couplers, tubes going to/from Wastegate/BOV, vacuum nipples from/to the intake. If you have a scanner, at least that might narrow it down to one side of the engine. Mine is bad lean on the drivers side, while the other BLM/O2 shows more normal settings. I think I have either a vacuum leak on that side or one of my used 'bought off the internet' 60# Mototrons is not doing it's job. I will find out Wed(the latest projected date for delivery)

Also, get a scanner or volt meter and test your Throttle position sensor readings. Should start at .6 volt at closed throttle, escalating in a linear fashion to around 4.6 volts at WOT.
