forged speed pro's

i'm looking for a good place to pickup some forged speed pro's to put me as close to 8.0:1 as possible, what cc dish do i need and where is a good place to pick them up? i will be doing the standard .030 over.

should i replace the rods as well? i'm looking for a setup to handle 550-600hp.

I picked mine up from Summit Racing. They only come in -22cc dish, so if your wanting to get to 8.0 your going to have to enlarge the combustion chambers on the heads, and you may need to step up to an aftermarket head (like AFR) to get the chamber large enough.
