I was wondering what the best cam setup would be for a blown 383 engine. I was thinking of going with one of Combination Motorsport's Supercharger cams - XTREME Comp Cams 230XH Camshaft, 230/242 duration @ .050", .510"/.540" lift with 1.5 rockers, .544"/.576" lift with 1.5 rockers. What do some of you people with blown 383s use for a cam. Solid, roller (solid, hydraulic)? Also would this be a good cam for a 100 shot down the road?

There's been a lot of cam discussion here recently. People are probably "cammed out". Why not do a search, see what you can find out, and post again with more information about your needs. That way, more people may respond.
