What is the difference between a loud D1SC and a quiet one? I thought there was only 1 D1SC kit available. Is it just how it is set up? Anyone?
It's all in how the blower was built, and the gearset. Some gears are harder than others, and depending on how they are set up, some blowers are louder than others. Just like a rearend.

Will it have any effect on the longavity of the blower? Or will a loud one last, and hold up just as long and as well as a quiet one?

It won't have any effect on the blower at all.

Friggin sweet! I believe Al put the order in on Monday (yesterday). I am not sure if he had ordered it directly through you or not, or if he had mentioned to make mine a loud one. I guess if the order didn't go through you, I'll just have to cross my fingers that a loud one will be sent to me.

Thanks again for all your help man! You've really helped us out on this, and we really appreciate it! I'll keep in touch and let you know how it turns out.
