Car not boosting, think wastegate problem
Okay, i found an exhaust leak....at the flange. Then i realized the flange is messed up, it hangs down a little bit but is on there straight. Scared to take off the header because it was a PITA to get on.
fix that leak first and then see how your a/f cleans up... if leaks dont fix your a/f then check your tune.. because 24:1 is gonna blow that motor, even its its only when cruising
This is why I like open loop tuning on boosted cars. Small leaks can make a huge difference in performance.
As far as not boosting, you either have a massive air leak which you would probably hear even over your engine, or your wastegate is stuck open. An exhaust leak won't do what you what you are experiencing unless you have a gaping hole that would be totally obvious by looking at the engine. You may have an exhaust leak though, since your a/f ratios are way off but it won't be the cause of your no-boost. It is probably the wastegate. It happened to me on my eclipse back when I had a 16g. My wastegate flapper actuator got stuck open. I heard a pop and I couldn't make boost any more.
Make a leak tester and adapt it to take an air compressor line and fit on to your turbo inlet or the first junction after the turbo. Pressurize the system with 20 psi and see if you have any leaks.

The wastegate with the sideport left unplugged was not building boost either.
I am waiting on some new nylon hose for my guage since i messed mine up today, found a small pinch in it, tried fixing it, and accidentally broke it lol
