Can Jet TunerCat for ODB2 Fix MAF HIGH Freq Error?

I did a search and all I could find left the problem rather vague as to whether the ODB2 MAF high freq error condition can be fixed with Jet Tunercat for odb2 without leaving a lean condition, can it? If so what is the fix in the software?

Ya. You just turn off code 0103 in fuel air diagnostics. Then the computer won't throw a code and go speed density on you.
