145! :)
145! :)
The tech guys at Sacramento told me not to run 9's (I need a cage and nomex pants), so I just tiptoed away from the tree, then hammered it in 3rd. 9.82 at 145. Max boost was 15 psi (29/66 tooth pulleys) and the AFR was in the low-mid 11's all the way through the rev range. 28* max advance, 104 unleaded race gas.
This was with a full exhaust exiting at the rear bumper, including functional cats.

That's awesome. That is not even tune. Can't wait to see you use the transbrake and gun it at the line. You haven't have a chance to lean it out a little and run a track tune. The 28 degree is still mild for you right.
thinking about increasing boost yet, wheelee bars, parachute!
awesome!

The car should run about the same as Baxter's; 9.teens or 9.ohs at 150, with more agressive pulleys, a less restrictive exhaust (lose the cats), and some tuning.
Thanks for the congrats, guys, it help in the motivation department as I contemplate pulling the pan for a gasket swap.
