De-Screened MAF with Boost?

Personally, I don't want to tamper with the MAF. But some have said that if you de-screen the MAF under boost, then it will flow better and reduce and obstruction in the intake track which will reduce temps under boost. I figured I would ask the guys with the experience.

Mine's descreened, with no problems.

I descreened mine for nitrous, and left it that way when I added the ATI. Works great for me...
