Oxygen sensor questions

Does anyone know what the typical oxygen sensor values should be? (Not for a camaro, but its for my Bravada) I hooked up my Actron CP9180 which monitors the following o2 values:

1) Rich-to-lean sensor threshold voltage
2) Lean-to-rich sensor threshold voltage
3) Low sensor voltage for switch time
4) High sensor voltage for switch time
5) Rich-to-lean sensor switch time
6) Lean-to-rich sensor switch time
7) Minimum sensor voltage test cycle
8) Maximum sensor voltage test cycle
9) Time between sensor transitions
10) Sensor period
11) Manufacturer specific tests

I am starting to smell some gas once in a while when first starting the car and when I checked the gas tank I didn't see any leaking. So it either evaporates quickly or something else is up. Now maybe its just because its cold, but I figured that I would monitor the o2 sensor for giggles. The car has 121k miles on it, so it could be time to replace the sensor anyway.

Here is what I got when I went out and ran the o2 monitoring test on my Actron CP9180:

Car running at idle:
Rich-Ln 0.345V (measured)
Ln-Rich 0.550V (measured)
Test ID $70 0 (measured) Range 0-255
Test ID $71 0 (measured) Range 0-255
Test ID $83 75 (measured) Range 203-255
Test ID $84 118 (measured) Range 138-255
Test ID $85 0 (measured) Range 0-85
Test ID $86 0 (measured) Range 0-95
Test ID $87 0 (measured) Range 0-210

With the key in the 'on' position, but car not running, Rich-Ln read 0.4V and Ln-Rich read 0.5V and everything else read the same. Now I am not sure which test ID refers to what value it is monitoring, but hopefully someone can help out with that. Also, I noticed that the values did not fluctuate at all, is that monitor supposed to be real time, or is it just a snapshot? I tried capturing the data while holding down the accelerator as well and still got the same results.

Am I doing something wrong? Thanks guys.

Updated Numbers: (This time I made sure that the o2 was done with its drive cycle

Car running at idle:
Rich-Ln 0.345V (measured)
Ln-Rich 0.550V (measured)
Test ID $70 23 (measured) Range 0-255
Test ID $71 22 (measured) Range 0-255
Test ID $83 75 (measured) Range 203-255
Test ID $84 118 (measured) Range 138-255
Test ID $85 45 (measured) Range 0-85
Test ID $86 46 (measured) Range 0-95
Test ID $87 92 (measured) Range 0-210
