LT header rubbing

So I installed a set of Jet Hot LTs a few months back I always noticed that I get some nasty rubbing when I start the car or let off the clutch rapidly. I finally go the chance of getting down there yesterday and it looks like the the headers are slightly resting on the lower a arm. I dont get how because i also put a set of poly motor mounts in. It seems like an unusual spot to rub, what do you guys think?

They are resting on the actual control arm, not the k-member? In some cases, I have heard of people having to do some grinding to the k-member to clearance enough room for the header to clear. I haven't heard of them contacting the a-arm before.
