help! 01 catalytic converter

had the problem fixed but the car still sounds like rocks in a can when you let off the gas. Its a 2001 with only 54000. need help!

You have two converters. Did you have both of them replaced? Is it possible the cat ceramic substrate broke up, and is rattling in the muffler?
