turns out i ordered the original SLP loudmouth I exhaust...
(with 3.5 inch slash tips)

besides the muffler what is the difference, (which one is better)?

also which one will sound better with Pacesetter lt's and 2 high plow cats in a pacesetter y-pipe?

 

with the set up you have i would say the LM II would sound better just because its a bullet muffler not just a bigger piece of pipe like the LM I
