I got my pacesetter longtubes on today I hate it it feels like I lost my torgue and what I hate most is its quieter before I put my headers on I had a flowmaster now I know you guys hate these but my car sounded awsome a real nice loud deep tone so I kept it on there when I put the headers on well now its quiet I want my tone back how do I do this I also want it to idle loud Ive been thinking about getting a borla will this help?

After doing the long tubes, my exhaust note seemed more "mellow" from my previous setup. I added a 30 dollar cutout to the equation and it sounds alot more to my liking, which is about the same effect as if you were to go and buy a Borla catback system. I have heard many people refer to it as an "expensive cutout." I'm not sure how loud you want to go, but if long tubes and a cutout don't get it done for you, then maybe look into doing a true dual setup.

yep I did the same thing added a jegs cut out for 30 bucks problem solved. Idle has a very deep rumble
